Processing a warranty claim
If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us at: helllo@horizonmicromobility.com
We may ask you to send us evidence of the issue with photos and videos.
We will then access the claim and decide on next steps. You may be asked to send the part or the scooter back to us at the customer's expense.
If sending a scooter or bike back then the original box and packaging must be used. If this is no longer available then boxes can be purchased from sites such as https://www.packingboxes.co.uk/bicycle-bike-boxes/
If using third party boxes then it's up to the customer to also make sure packaging is sufficient.
If using a third party box then this will also be used to return the product back to the customer.
If a part is assessed and deemed to be damaged without the fault of the user or defective we will dispatch a replacement part as soon as possible. You will receive support in replacing the part. Depending on the issue we may request for the entire product to be returned to us for repair.
After the first six months from the original date of purchase, you will need to show the fault was present at the time of purchase.
Parts damaged by the user are not covered by this warranty.
The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping charges for any damaged or defective product or component.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by improper packaging or during shipping.
