Orders are shipped from the UK by APC, DX, Tuffnells or FedEx/TNT for e-bikes and e-scooters or Royal Mail for other items.
For e-bikes and e-scooters, delivery is typically 24-48 hours depending on when order placed. Next day delivery is not guaranteed so please make arangements for a 2-3 day slot for delivery just in case of delays.
For other items we offer Standard (2-4 days), shipping to mainland UK, and Express (1-3 days).

e-scooter and e-bike deliveries will need a signature. If no one is in the courier will attempt delivery the following day or you can redirect by dealing direct with the courier.
Courier returned items will be added back into stock, your payment method will be credited minus all incurred courier costs. If item is still required a new order will need to be placed.
It’s up to the customer to enter the correct shipping address. Horizon Micromobility can’t be held responsible for incorrectly addressed items.
Please keep the original box and packaging in the event that you need to return the product to us. Only items in the original packaging can be accepted.
We cannot accept any returns without all of the original packaging and accessories, including boxes, chargers, cables and manuals.
While we do our best to get your order out on the expected day please be understanding if their are delays. Driver sickness and on-going driver shortages can result in delays - as with any courier service.
