Veloe warranty
Veloe® is a brand of VELO-CE SRL that guarantees that this product has been manufactured according to the latest European safety standards and quality requirements applicable to this type of product and that this product, at the time of purchase, has no defects in workmanship and material.
What is not covered.
This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear on some components, including, but not limited to the chain-drive, belt-drive, brakes, grips, shifting cables, tires, and saddle. This warranty does not cover paint, decal and finish.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product or damage caused to other equipment if caused in whole or in part by:

Improper use or handling. Accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

Modification of the eBike

Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the eBike as sold.

Improper assembly

Failure to properly maintain the eBike

Failure to have the eBike serviced.
Frame and accessories
The following warranty stipulations apply to your Velœ bike All terms are applicable counting from date of purchase.

A five year warranty on the frame and the fork except for wear parts.

A two year warranty on all other parts.
Battery
The Lithium-Ion Battery is guaranteed to have at a minimum 60% of its nominal capacity after 1000 (one thousand) full charging cycles the dealer could check the battery status and residual capacity.
Parts and components
Parts and components that are not manufactured by VELO-CE SRL and their future availability, are warranted as determined by the respective manufacturers and set forth in the respective manufactures warranty terms and conditions.
