Common issues once assembled include a headset that needs to be tightened and tyres rubbing on the mudguards.
Setup Headset
If you find that once you have assembled your Tenways e-bike that there is a wobble or rattling from the front of the bike then you may find that the headset is loose.
To tighten your headset loosen the two stem clamps
Then tighten the headset
Once the headset has been tightened re-tighten the two stem screws.
Mudguard adjustment
If you have finished assembling your new Tenways e-bike and find that the rear wheel doesn't spin or rubs on the mudguard then you will need to slightly bend the mudguard stays so that the mudguard no longer makes contact with the tyre.
