Please note that for this brand your order can take up to 4-5 business days to be processed for in stock e-bikes, delivery can take a further 4-5 days. We will always provide the latest information where available from the brands, this is also updated to the website. Once available we will forward tracking details once supplied by the brand. Due to the nature of international shipping delays may occur, we will always update you as soon as these are known to us.

If your order contains accessories (from the same brand) then these are typically shipped independently from the e-bike, accessories are normally shipped from China and can take anything from a few weeks for in stock, to a month if out of stock. Other accessories stocked by our store will be shipped by ourselves from the UK. Once provided we will provide you with tracking details. We're not able to give estimates for when accessories are shipped or when they arrive in the UK. While we have contact with this brand it's not always possible to get prompt answers to questions due to language and time zone. 

Please bear these details in mind when placing your order and please be prepared to wait for your order. As long as no parts of your order has been shipped you're free to cancel or change your order. If items have been shipped then these would first need to be returned to us before order cancellation.

This brand are not based in the UK, we deal direct with the company in China. As there are no staff or offices in the UK (just warehouse space) they are able to offer low prices due to low overheads. Any warranty claim or parts are shipped from China. Warranty options vary, it's often possible for parts and instructions to be sent to the customer for the customer to fit. Or we can have the parts sent to us and we can fit them. Please note you would need to arrange for the bike to be dropped off at our Berkshire base, or contact us for e-bike couriers who can collect and delivery your bike for you.
