If you prefer to have your bike shipped assembled and PDI (pre delivery inspection) checked then we have partnered with a specalist courier who can ship your bike from our workshop to you door.

The serive is provided by a dedicated e-bike courier and your new e-bike will be well looked after.

The bike will be assembled, checked and charged - ready to ride!

Good service

Good service, courier contacted hour before arrival to confirm. Assembly service great, screw on pedals and you good to ride straight away. Only minor inconvenience, not all accessories were available at time of bike delivery so I had to get second delivery and fit battery rack myself couple weeks latr.

Many thanks for your review, great to hear positive feedback. As your order had parts/accessories that are stored in different warehouses both in the UK and abroad the order delivery is split. This is shown on the Product Tab for the bike purchased, we also mention this when sending quotes or when the order is placed.

I recently bought estarli 28.8 pro from Horizon eBikes. Though I live in London, I went to Reading to buy my bike because one of my colleague recommended me Horizon eBikes and I wasn't disappointed, Matt is a such nice and helpful person.
