If your order is shipped from Europe your order may take longer than this - we don't control where your order is shipped from so any delivery details are our best estimates. If your order contains accessories (from the same brand) then these are typically shipped independently from the e-bike, accessories are normally shipped from China and can take anything from a few weeks for in stock, to months to arrive if out of stock. Other accessories stocked by our store will be shipped by ourselves from the UK. Once provided we will provide you with tracking details. We're not able to give estimates for when accessories are shipped or when they arrive in the UK. While we have contact with this brand it's not always possible to get prompt answers to questions due to language and time zone.

This brand are not based in the UK, we deal direct with the company in China. As there are no staff or offices in the UK (just warehouse space) they are able to offer low prices due to low overheads. Any warranty claim or parts are shipped from China. Warranty options vary, it's often possible for parts and instructions to be sent to the customer for the customer to fit. Or we can have the parts sent to us and we can fit them. Please note you would need to arrange for the bike to be dropped off at our Berkshire base, or contact us for e-bike couriers who can collect and delivery your bike for you.

Mid-drive motor

Engwe's mid-drive 100Nm motor is what you need on an e-cargo bike. The 100Nm will provide enough torque to move rider and cargo off from saationary and when climbing.
