Additional returns information for electric bikes

In addition to our standard Returns Policy this page includes additional information for e-bikes.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To obtain a refund within 30 days of receiving your order the customer must inform us by email that you wish to return the goods. The customer agrees that the returned goods are "as new" and unused and are un-marked, any tags etc are still applied and item is returned in original packaging. It's good practice to take a video and/or photos when removing from box so product can be re-packaged correctly.

For e-Bikes & e-scooters "as new" means the product hasn’t been used or ridden, it’s in original condition with all parts and accessories supplied and attached as when the product was received. The item is also to be returned in, and with all original packaging

Bikes returned at customer's expense - make sure insured to full amount.

In person returns are possible - please also supply all original packaging

E-bike returns need to be “as sold” - i.e. for e-bikes delivered assembled returned bike is as supplied i.e. with no modifications or accessories added, and bike must be unused. For bikes supplied for home assembly packaging can be removed but bike can not be assembled or used. If packaging removed this needs to be added back to the bike. It's good practice to take a video and/or photos when removing from box so product can be re-packaged correctly. If unsure contact Sales before purchase as we may have bike available on display for viewing and/ore testing pre-purchase.

If you wish to return an e-bike that doesn't meet our returns policy or if once returned it's found that a return doesn't meet our returns policy, (i.e. product has been assembled and/or used) we may still accept a return but with a re-stocking fee (to cover costs). Restocking fees start at 20% (with no upper limit), estimated re-stocking fee will be supplied before bike has been returned - final fee can only be provided once the bike has been inspected. Following inspection and final re-stocking fee customer can accept fee or arrange to collect bike. If bike is to be returned Shipping fee will also apply.
