great turned up on time in good condition
I ordered a spare Bosch e-bike battery on-line but inadvertently ordered two rather than one. The batteries arrived well packaged, on time and in perfect condition. I contacted Horizon to arrange the return of the unwanted item and the process was very simple. I returned the item via DPD and my refund was processed as soon as Horizon received the battery.
