Before retrofitting the ConnectModule, please check compatibility. We can't accept returns unless the item is new/unused, see terms and conditions. Due to cover clearance not all bikes can accept the ConnectModule.
Please note there are three versions of the ConnectModule, check you order correct module for your motor. If in douby contact bike manufacturer and confirm if the motor cover withh fit once installed.
The ConnectModule and eBike Alarm are not available for Performance Line Speed for the time being.

Fitting the unit to the bike because the shop did it for me, getting the unit paired with my bike was a little fiddly because we, that’s the guy in the shop and me, both had a go at sorting it but, in the end all we did was uninstall and reinstall. So I paid the shop and when I was leaving the alarm sounded and because I hadn’t disarmed it before travelling, I got notifications all the way home - at least I know it works eh!?
